MLO is a health law boutique focused on telehealth, risk, regulatory and contract issues for healthcare professionals and institutions and life sciences companies. Its manager, Joe McMenamin, is an AV-rated physician-attorney with thirty years' experience, first at a large international law firm and then in his own solo practice. He is Board-certified in Legal Medicine, a Fellow of the College of Legal Medicine, an Associate Professor of Legal Medicine at VCU, and a member of the Legal Resource Team at CTeL, the Center for Telemedicine and eHealth Law.
