VitalPoint® HOME allows you to send the patients instructions and reminders to take their medication or take their vital signs very easily. All the data is gathered in HIPAA-compliant servers and viewed using any PC laptop or tablet with the RDC software.
If patients have a negative situation such as noncompliance to medication regimen, vital signs outside an acceptable range or lacking, or report of symptoms, designated caregivers can also receive alerts.
